Sketch: Home Therapy Session
A little while back, my husband and I sat down one evening and talked a little bit about my OCD regression and current issues. It was like an in home therapy session (since I haven’t been to my doctor in awhile due to life and insurance changes).
Everyday Thursday
This week I would say has been a bit more of the same, OCD-wise. I’m far from perfect. I have had some major and some minor freak outs related to contamination OCD, still mostly revolving around my daughter and her bathroom habits.
