The second day of OCD Con was not as great as day one, though there were some good insights and our conference day ended with the keynote presentation/world premiere of “Unstuck: An OCD Kids Movie” (our actual day ended with seeing “Hamilton,” which, side note, was amazing).
This past week, my husband and I left our children in the care of my parents and flew to San Francisco for the International OCD Foundation’s 24th annual OCD Conference.
Exposures and such are still happening; things are sometimes hard, sometimes fine, sometimes not so fine, but mostly just going… and in the meantime my husband and I are headed to San Francisco for the annual OCD Conference put on by the International OCD Foundation this weekend!
The ERP (exposure response prevention) continues for my OCD. The last few days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) were harder. One of my doctors from group asked me to do some more difficult exposures in addition to the ones I had been doing, and there were some “unexpected” challenges each of the days that messed me…
